Buying the passport...

Here we go!

Our journey begins here... There's 3 floors of entertainment awaiting us...
Vance: Hey, its a MASSIVE indoor theme park! The 4th theme park one on this trip!

Our first ride... Initial D ride simulation…

We enjoyed the high speeds and drifting…
I was the passenger while Vance was racing again his rivals in the computers…

Lots of UFO machines inside Joypolis Sega…

But they are not include in the passport cost…

Looks tough... next pls!

Halfpipe Canyon ride!

Test your snowboarding technique...

And compete against 2 other teams...

The standing riders get rotated while sliding down! Fun!

I hesitated at first, but I didn’t have a choice since Vance wanted a try
and 2 players are needed… And we won! (The scoreboard… We were the blue team)…
Vance: Good Balancing Fiona! *Hi-Five*

Outrun 2 Special Tours… Both people take turn to drive the vehicle! Exciting!

The Quiz Show... Available only in Japanese...

Queueing for Let’s go Jungle… (Queues don't take long unlike Disneyland)...
Vance: And its cooling here! Good to have indoor theme park!

Shoot your way through the jungle… Spin 360 degree to shoot these humongous spiders!

House of the Dead - Shoot the zoombies!

100m run! This must be the ride where most effort if required from the players…
Vance: Seems like Japanese love to work themselves up in a theme park...
(reference to the "dragon boat" rowing ride in Disneyland!)

Giant joystick operated moving bench!

Photo of us taken by the friendly staff of Joypolis Sega...

Wild River – Experience thrills and rush of a rapid river rafting…

Wild ride in the jungle environment…

The third stage of Wild Series rides… Wild Wing… Ride in the sky…

Based on the film “Prison Break”…
Where players acted as Prisoners and staff as cops and the objective is to break free from the Prison.
Narrations were in Japanese and we couldn’t understand a single sentence…
We joined some Japanese students and managed to escape from Prison. It was really exciting!
Vance: Interesting, one part of the "ride" is to type in a password to break the computer for an escape, in English, and the Japanese were more than eager to let us have the keyboard.. they really have phobia with English(?!) It was good fun, running around the "prison" maze inside and avoid getting detected and caught!

Sky Cruising... We almost missed the operating hours of this ride...
Vance: A lot of ladies left their shoes (those without back strap) on
the wooden platform before this ride,
to prevent their shoes from flying away in this pretty "swingy" ride!
