In most Japanese departmental stores or area of interest,
lifts are often “operated” by the lift operator (电梯小姐)
whom will open and close the lift doors for you…
Quite common in Taiwan’s departmental stores owned by Jap corporations
like Isetan and Takashimaya…

Arrival at main observatory...

Nice views from the top…

A shrine on the main observatory of Tokyo Tower!

Tokyo Tower stands at 333 meters, it is 13 meters taller than its model,
the Eiffel Tower of Paris...

Tokyo Tower was completed in 1958 as a symbol for
Japan's rebirth as a major economic power...

Tokyo Tower now serves as a television and
radio broadcast antenna and tourist attraction...
What I am looking at is a screen that simulate
the surroundings of Tokyo Tower in different weather conditions…

Souvenir shop inside Tokyo Tower…

The signature and must buys for most visitors…

Various patterns of Tokyo Tower for sale…

The pink and blue figurines are the Noppon Brothers...
They are mascots of Tokyo Tower...
Vance: I thought they look a bit.... crude? Hehe

Off to the special observatory tower…

The queue for lift to the special observatory tower…

And the queue was really long…
Took us almost half an hour just to take the lift to the special observatory tower…

Inside lift to the special observatory tower…

Finally… Perhaps the view looks better since we waited so long just to get here…

Pose pose… Can you see the Ferris Wheel (That’s the one located in Obaida)?

In contrast, the special observatory is much smaller than the main observatory…

Managed to find a small seat on the special observatory! Phew!
My legs are so “sour” after a long day of walking…

Beautiful night scenes of Tokyo…
